Publish a release

Build the zip in the ANIMUS repo (./build-release.sh), then upload it here. This uses Vercel Blob for large files (requires BLOB_READ_WRITE_TOKEN on the project). CLI fallback: ./scripts/release-and-publish.sh in the ANIMUS repo copies the zip into animus-site/releases/ and runs vercel --prod.

One or two sentences on what changed. Generic labels like “ANIMUS v1.0.0” alone are rejected by the server.
